Casares Pueblo is one of the most charming, whitewashed villages on the Costa del Sol and it stands out for its biodiversity and the variety of its landscapes, which are part of Andalucía’s protected natural areas.

Casares is split into two urban areas, which are a beachside strip of residential urbanisations, a commercial centre, bars and restaurants and the old historical village of Casares (known locally as Casares Pueblo), which is located 15 kilometres from the beach, up into the mountains, sitting 430 metres above sea level.

Why rent in Casares and Caseares Pueblo?

Casares is a beautiful Andalucian whitewashed village situated a short drive inland from Estepona, on the Costa del Sol. The is a wide range of properties for rent in Casares. Most availability is for Apartments on or near the coast, to rustic villas inland near the Pueblo. Its amazing, white-washed streets are lined with palm trees and floral displays and you have all the amenities you will need, from pharmacists to shops, bars and restaurants as well as local supermarkets.

There are essentially three types of property available in Casares. Apartments on or near the Coast, Large country luxury Villas located in the hills around Casares and a few Pueblo townhouses most likely in need of modernisation in Casares Pueblo itself.

The property available in Casares Costa has been developed since the 2000s. Some of the property is beach side of the coast road such as Casares del Mar. Other amazing properties are located just inland around one of three golf courses: Doña Julia Golf Course, Casares Golf Course, and Finca Cortesin championship golf course.

The lower budget end at around €1,000pm is a Small to medium apartment, €1,500 would be a large apartment or penthouse apartment, €2,000 would be a small townhouse, and over €2,500 would be a larger townhouse or villa.
