While it’s true that it does enjoy the near-permanent 320 days of golden sunshine of the coast of southern Spain, the other part of the name is a bit of a misnomer; it runs for a total of 12 miles (19 km) from the east of the town of Estepona along the Costa del Sol to San Pedro de Alcántara.
More than all this, though, one of the best aspects of Estepona’s New Golden Mile is surely the attention to detail in terms of building and planning the property development.
