However, the town can become very noisy and crowded during the summer months, so if you’re looking for a relaxing lifestyle, you may want to look elsewhere. Furnished apartments in Torremolinos come in all shapes and sizes with many offering fabulous views of the Mediterranean. Property in Torremolinos is also amongst the most expensive in the Costa del Sol (especially during the summer months), and the average monthly rental price for a 2-bedroom apartment is around €750.

The average price for a one-bedroomed apartment in Málaga city centre is 480,00€ per month (with a range between 400.00€ and 650.00€). For a 1-bedroom apartment outside the city centre, the average monthly rent is 350.00€, and decent places can even be found for as low as 300€.

2 Bedroom Apartments in Malaga

Although two-bedroom apartments in Málaga are generally affordable, but not many and so there is a higher demand. The average cost of a 2-bedroom, furnished apartment in Malaga city centre is around 700.00€ a month.  However, prices can vary depending on apartment size, style and location and rental prices can rise to as much as 1000.00€ per month for a 2-bedroom apartment.

3 & 4 Bedroom townhouses and villas

If you’re searching for a decent 3-bedroom townhouse or villa on the Costa del Sol in Málaga, we have a large number in our property portfolio. Prices for 3 and 4-bedroom townhouses and villas vary greatly, depending on size, style and location. A 3-bed townhouse in Manilva costs around 750.00€ per month, compared to Marbella when that cost may rise to 1200.00€ per month.
